At Wandering Ewe Dairy, in North Somerset, we produce a delicious, healthy, unpasteurised, hard cheese, using traditional methods, from our own flock of dairy sheep. Our sheep graze the fields of Failand and Flax Bourton all year. They are milked in the field, between May and September. Our cheese is hand made on-farm in Failand, and is available year round. Our 2020 cheese production will be certified as pasture fed.
We have paused our attendance at St Nick's Farmers Market (BS1 1JQ) on Wednesdays 0930-1430 - while we re-work our dairy for the coming season
